Intro to Course work and Contact Training
Service Description
This course is comprised of 5 - 1 hr classes that will have students continue their positive training and help handlers become aware of their position in reference to their dog while further improving their handling techniques. Obstacles used will include: tunnel, jumps, tire, and intro to training "Contact" behaviour. Teams will be completing a sequence of 6 to 8 obstacles by the end of this course. Foundation Agility 2 is a prerequisite unless otherwise determined by the instructor.

Agreement to Hold Harmless Waiver and Assumption of Risk I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in dog agility training activities including fun matches with Rickfield Farm Agility Training Centre. I am aware there are inherent risks and hazards involved with and around dogs, and I am voluntarily participating in the activities with the knowledge of these potential dangers. I am not relying on Rickfield Farm Agility Agility Training Centre to prevent such occurrences. In order to participate in Rickfield Farm Agility Agility Training Centre classes, demonstrations, or other activities, I, being fully informed of such risks and hazards, agree to assume ALL RISK OF SUCH OCCURRENCE. I hereby waive any and all claims or actions I or my guardians, representative, or assigns may have against Rickfield Farm Agility Training Centre, Rosemary Pitfield Head Coach and Trainer, its employee/instructors, officers, members, directors, and agents from liability in any and all personal injuries to myself, my dog, children in my charge, or harm to property caused directly or indirectly by any acts that might occur in conjunction with dog training classes, or other activities. I also agree to assume sole responsibility for injury or damage caused by myself, REGISTRATION / PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY Classes are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Rickfield Farm Agility Training Centre current studendts are provided an early bird window for registration. Payments should be made within 48 hours of registration. Payments may be made by e-Transfer to rgpitfield@gmail.com. Cancellations for medical reasons will result in a replacement class. If you are aware of certain dates you cannot attend prior to enrollment, please contact Rickfield Farm Agility Training Centre to discuss alternative schedule to accommodate missed sessions. Otherwise, cancellations or no shows will result in loss of that session and a make up session will NOT be provided. We require 48 notification of cancellation for Private lessons. Rickfield Farm Agility Training Centre reserves to the right to cancel sessions due to inclement weather, excessive heat or other unsafe weather conditions for you and your pet.
